The Automated guided vehicle systems solution is based on multi-sensor fusion technology, high sensitivity navigation system, high-precision control positioning technology and dynamic path planning and other core technologies. It realizes the self-test and diagnosis technology of the system, multi robot distributed cooperative operation and high-efficiency traffic control technology. The software and hardware of key products are independently researched and developed to support customized requirements. The optimized scheme can be provided according to different production processes to improve the operation efficiency. The operation task information can be tracked and monitored to provide an unmanned intelligent handling operation. The intelligent handling system includes three core modules: Industrial mobile robot (AGV), software system and project engineering accessories (such as user's OMS system, production equipment, automatic charging station etc.). The system can be connected with MES / WMS / ERP and other production management systems to provide unmanned handling solutions.

There are five categories of industrial mobile robots (AGV’s) in our range of offerings:

Autonomous mobile robot’s (AMR) 

Autonomous mobile robot’s (AMR) can understand and move through its environment without being overseen directly by an operator. Typically, this is achieved through an array of sophisticated on-board sensors, computers, and maps, which allow AMRs to understand and interpret their environment in order to function as a form of asynchronous transportation.
 

Our AMR’s are ideally suited for warehouse operations. These sophisticated equipment's partner with the warehouse execution software in order to grant AMRs increased flexibility to create their own routes between locations within a warehouse or facility, identifying and avoiding obstacles and rerouting themselves when necessary. The end result is a robot that is much better able to deal with the dynamic environment offered by most order fulfilment operations.
