TELESCOPIC BELT CONVEYORS (TBC)
Vidhaatri Telescopic Belt Conveyors (TBC’s) are versatile conveyors that brings about automation combined with ergonomic operations. These TBC’s increases capacity multi-fold as compared to manual operations of loading & unloading across different Industry types. Our TBCs are indigenously designed & manufactured in line with the “Make in India” thrust. These TBC’s are time tested & proven for highest levels of customer satisfaction.
FOCUS ON SAFETY
To prevent accidents, pinch areas are minimal and covered. We also provide pop-up rollers on our TBC’s for safety purposes. Chains, sprockets & other moving parts are enclosed or shielded.
ERGONOMIC OPERATION
With the help of the joystick provided on operation console the operator is able to adjust height and extension to optimal working position
IN-PLANT / IN-WAREHOUSE INTEGRATIONS
On specific request, extensions / attachments can be to provided for further integrations of the line onto gravity chutes, roller conveyors, sorters etc. depending on the specific operational needs of a warehouse or plant.
WIDE RANGE & CAPACITY
Our TBC’s can be offered across a wide range from 3 sections to 5 sections with extended lengths ranging from 8000mm to 21000mm with approximately 3000 shipments / hour capacity

Here is an example of a sample integration project wherein TBC’s can be integrated to Intelligent DWS systems Vidhaatri TBC’s can be integrated to Intelligent DWS systems & can match customer requirements of output (e.g. 3000 shipments / hr) by ensuring synchronization of speeds / outputs of both equipment’s. Typically DWS intelligent systems are for package tracking, sorting & ERP updating by reading information on QR codes / Bar-codes / RFID Tags on the shipment packages
